Evidence of Success: The 3 consecutive successful batches of our NISM course in mutual fund distribution are evident through our rigorous program structure and the achievements of our candidates. Under this course in 3 batches more than 150 students have taken benefits. We have successfully generated more than 40 Mutual Fund Distributors. This year we have been financially literate total of 60 registered candidates, and we have witnessed significant engagement and commitment to mastering the intricacies of mutual fund investments.

Problems Encountered and Resources Required: The region has a very low level of financial literacy and students are unable to see the future scope of the finance-based courses. Students are not aware of the course and don’t show interest towards the course. This course seeks excessive efforts to be aware and get the students to register for the course. Implementation of financial simulators is one of the essential problems due to the lack of a practical approach in the students.
