MBA PROGRAM

About the course:

The MBA Course is two year full time programme. It consist of semester I & II in first year and semester Ill & IV in second year. All students shall be examined by the university & exam in semester I & II in first year and semester III & IV in second year.

Intake Capacity : 60 students

Procedure of Admission/ Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

For admission in MBA Course, every applicant have to appear for MBA MH-CET conducted by DTE, CMAT conducted by AICTE as per norms. For more details refer www.aicte-cmat.in. Students who have appeared for CM AT (conducted by AICTE) CAT (conducted by IIM’s) MAT (conducted by AIMA), ATMA (conducted by AIMS), XAT (conducted by XLRI) for seeking admissions to MBA for the academic year 2020-21 shall have to apply online for admission through CAP rounds. Refer https://info.mahacet.org/cet2020/MBA2020/. Our college has 51% reservation for Hindi Linguistic Minority students with Maharashtra Domicile.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDNI course through CAP: The candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria :

Appeared/Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor’s degree awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 of minimum three vears duration in any discipline recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

AND

Appeared and secured positive non zero score in CMAT (conducted by AICTE) for Academic year 2020-21 or MAH-MBA CET Conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

OR

Appeared and secured positive non-zero score in CAT (conducted by IIMs)/JMET (conducted by IITs)./MAT (conducted by AIMA in February/May 2019)/XAT (conducted by XLRI)/ATMA (conducted by AIM S) for academic year 2020-21.

Note:

The Admission to the management courses viz. MBA/MMS/PGDBP/PGDM is centralized and covered under Centralized Admission Process (CAP) carried out by the Competent Authority of the State of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State and Other than Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates who have appeared for the CMAT are considered to be eligible for admission against the ALL India Seats subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Such candidates are also required to fill & confirm online Application form as per the schedule
